Dr. Charlene Xie was
awarded a PhD in Engineering Management from Loughborough University.
After that, she worked as a researcher and technical coordinator in two
large projects funded by the EC at Sheffield Hallam University and
Manchester University, respectively. She is now working for Harbin
Institute of Technology, China. Her research is related to various areas
in Management.
