Notes:
1) The registration fees include lunches and refreshments on 21st, 22nd and 23rd October, the welcome evening reception on 20th October as well as access to full conference programmes.
2) The conference gala dinner will be served at Crown Plaza Hotel, Beijing Wuzhou, which is followed by traditional Chinese programmes. Gala dinner tickets will be issued to delegates upon receipt of booking confirmation.
All CAMOT members are entitled to have 10% discount of the registration fees at either Earlybird rate before 01/09/2008, or General rate after 01/09/2008.
